v0.1.5: flames

On my latest video on Youtube someone pointed out that having 2 exhaust pipes with only 1 flame doesn't look right. So I went ahead and added an extra flame on some cars, thanks to the power of recursion.
While doing so I ironed out some of the flaws, like the flame not following the exhaust pipe while cornering. It's still not perfect, but it looks better.
Also, after upgrading the Unity editor I discovered several bugs regarding the keyboard input. Especially shifting was a problem, as for some reason Q is now A and A is mapped to the debug autopilot. So I removed all the debug stuff, except for the debug info (N) and the scenery buttons. (0 to 9)
Oh, and the download version didn't want to switch to the race music and kept on looping the menu music. That's fixed too.
