v0.4.0: more updates
Latest updates:
- New stage in development: Chicago! I took a couple of liberties, and put the Super Hang-On light poles in it (because I still have to rip the Turbo OutRun light pole) and my custom made guard rail.
- The Los Angeles stage is also getting an overhaul.
- I've replaced the road texture with something similar to the game Slipstream. Let me know what you think of it!
- I've replaced some of the stages in Division 2. Stages 2 and 3 from the previous version were missing.
- Lots of bug fixes

If you can add a mini-map for the W.I.P. mode and a some more time on the clock, that'd be truly awesome. I'm able to complete OutRun Arcade easily (I speedrun it at top level) but can't complete W.I.P. at the moment.
